CheeCha Spread the Flavour Social Challenge Official Rules
To enter and qualify, you must follow the directions posted on CheeCha.ca on the Spread the Flavour Social Challenge webpage. Each time a challenge has been completed one of the participants of that challenge will be selected at random as the winner. You may be asked to answer a skill-testing question correctly to win a prize.
No purchase necessary. Limit one submitted entry per person, Facebook account, Twitter account, YouTube account, or e-mail per challenge, unless the contest specifies otherwise.
Eligibility: This contest is open to all residents of Canada, except for those residing in the province of Quebec, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, or 13 years of age and older with parental consent. Entrants must not be an employee of, a member of the immediate family and/or persons domiciled with an employee of CheeCha Puffs or CadCan Marketing or any of their advertising and promotional agencies.
Contest closing date will vary based on audience participation, but all remaining challenges will end September 1, 2012 unless otherwise stated.
The Prizes:
There will be 3 grand prize(s) awarded. Winners will be chosen by random draw. The grand prize will be limited to one (1) Banff Package consisting of return airfare from the winner's closest international airport to Calgary International Airport, transportation between the Calgary International Airport to town of Banff, and weekend accommodation in a hotel. The secondary prize will be limited to one (1) Apple iPad 16GB Wifi. The tertiary prize will be limited to one (1) Apple iPod Nano 8GB (depending on available) or suitable substitute deemed acceptable by CadCan Marketing. Leading up to the grand, secondary, and tertiary prize give-aways, other prizes will be announced and presented for each level of the challenge. These prizes will be detailed on the website and are considered minor prizes, but are subject to the same rules and regulations of the grand, secondary, and tertiary prizes. Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or refundable. CadCan Marketing reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value in the event that the prize described is unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control.
Prize will be awarded by random draw from amongst all eligible entries received via the Internet at the end of each completed Challenge. The draw will be held in Calgary, AB within 48 hours of each completed challenge. The winners will be contacted through a Facebook message, Twitter direct message, YouTube message, or email and must reply within one week of being notified or another winner will be chosen at random. Winners will receive the aforementioned prize within 90 days of receipt of a reply message (depending on shipping). Odds of Winning: Based on the total number of participants in each level of the contest. No correspondence pertaining to this contest will be entered into except with the potential winners. The CadCan Marketing (and CheeCha Puffs) accepts no liability for printing or electronic errors on material distributed for this contest.
By entering the contest, entrants (and/or their parent or legal guardian) agree to abide by the contest rules and all decisions of CadCan Marketing (and CheeCha Puffs), which are final. Prizes will be awarded and delivered to the confirmed winners by the handling house. Winners (and/or their parent or legal guardian) agree to authorize CadCan Marketing (and CheeCha Puffs) to announce and publish their name, address (city only) and photograph in any forthcoming publicity in connection with this promotion without further remuneration. Potential winners (and/or their parent or legal guardian) will be required to release CadCan Marketing (and CheeCha Puffs), and their agencies and representatives from liability with respect to the contest and the prize. Failure on the part of a selected entrant (and/or their parent or legal guardian) to reply to the message within on week of it being sent may result in disqualification of that person and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
All participant's information become the property of CadCan Marketing (and CheeCha Puffs), who assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected entries or email, nor for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connection, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a user's ability to participate. CandCan Marketing (and CheeCha Puffs) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond sponsor's control, corrupt the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest. In the event of early termination of the contest, a notice will be posted on-line and a random drawing to award all prizes will be conducted from among all eligible participants prior to the time of termination. CadCan Marketing (and CheeCha Puffs) reserves the right to modify the contest or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the contest as determined by the sponsor, in its sole discretion. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or e-mail submitted at the time of entry (i.e. the person who is assigned to an account or email by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning accounts or email addresses for the domains associated with the submitted account or email address).
Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial, Municipal and local laws and regulations.
