What We Do

CheeCha in the Community

CheeCha supports active, happy people who wish to create active and happy communities in which we all can thrive.  We are proud to give back to our local community by getting involved in charity, recreation, and school-related events and initiatives.

CheeCha Goes to School

Schools in the Calgary area are recognizing the many serious dietary and fitness concerns facing children and teens. Today's hectic and often media-centric lifestyles mean that kids are not engaged in physical activities as much as they once were, and unhealthy snacks are all too easy to reach for both at school and at home. As a result, our children have a greater risk of obesity and weight related health problems such as diabetes and stroke than previous generations.

Cheecha knows it's never too early to begin living a healthier lifestyle, and we are happy to be available in select school cafeterias as an alternative to conventional chips.

Here are a few Calgary schools that are making the switch to healthy snacks:

  • Ecole King George
  • Don Bosco School
  • St. Stephen's School
